Dominic Ford Launches New Self-Publishing Platform JustFor.Fans

FORT LAUDERDALE — Dominic Ford, creator of DominicFord.com and other adult properties, announced his new self-publishing platform, JustFor.Fans. The site allows models to act as their own producers and engage directly with subscribers.

“We took our 10 years of experience building membership sites and [combined it with] our desire to offer a platform where models can control their own content," Ford said. "The features will continue to roll out; we are committed to making this the No. 1 destination for models to publish content, gay and straight, in our industry.

"While other platforms exist, they are not created from people within this industry. This platform is built for the industry and by the industry. And because I am the only developer, any updates or changes can be made very quickly — versus someone who has outsourced the creation of a site. We are very excited to give the industry this new platform to play with.”

A rep said, “The site’s features set it apart from any competitors in the space. One of the biggest selling points of the new system is an affiliate program so blogs and review sites can promote the models on the site.”

The site automatically creates screenshot slideshows of uploaded movies, offers photo filters and allows content reposting without re-uploading. For those who create content with another user, accounts can be linked and content shared across both pages.

On the consumer side, the site will offer discounts for subscribers who follow multiple models. A publicist explained that customers are given model recommendations to push publicity and sales to creators.

JustFor.Fans integrates with both Tumblr and Twitter, providing auto posts for new content with blurred-out versions of the uploaded photos.

The service also touts extensive security protocols. “Movie URLs expire and are locked to an IP address," the publicist continued, "that means URLs cannot be shared or saved. The system integrates seamlessly with Porn Guardian [which is co-owned by Ford], and users wanting to engage that extra service can have each of their movies digitally imprinted with [viewer] information when it is streamed. That way, an illegal version of the file can be tracked back to the member who pirated it and that member can be banned across the entire system.

"JustFor.Fans also takes advantage of Porn Guardian’s extensive pirate database and proactively denies would-be pirates before they are able to access any content.”
